Families and Youth in the Mountains: 660 Youngsters in Mountain Huts

This summer of 2024 saw 660 youngsters under the age of 16 spending a night in mountain huts, thanks to the project “Families and Youth in the Mountains”. This initiative has been a collaborative effort between CAI Lombardia, Assorifugi, and the Lombardy Region. The main aim of the project is to introduce the younger generation to the mountain experience by offering free adventures.
