Restoration of Villa Monastero’s Historic Garden Inaugurated

The restoration of the historic garden at Villa Monastero in has officially commenced, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony taking place on Friday, April 11, 2025. This project, aimed at enhancing the identity of the historical garden, has been made possible by the Italian Ministry of Culture through funding from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), totaling €1,971,067.40.

Villa Monastero, renowned for its stunning gardens and historical significance, serves not only as a picturesque tourist destination but also as a testament to Italy’s commitment to preserving its cultural heritage.
